Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following.
- Physical Product: The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Online product: Returns will only be made when all or part of the purchased product has not been enjoyed during the first 30 days.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards, Downloadable Software Products.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.

ITEMS ON SALE
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Subject to Possible Changes
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@lovespanishonlinecourse.es and we will contact you to tell you how to proceed.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
